In January 2023, following our work with Croydon Council, we were invited to tender for the ‘High Streets for All’ project organised by GLA, Purley Panel and Purley BID.   Working with the local community to understand what amenities and entertainment would be of greatest interest, we were tasked with a feasibility study on a 45k sq ft disused supermarket with lots of potential.

Combining our own instincts and research with the feedback from the community we submitted a proposal that would take this dilapidated space and create a multi functional entertainment venue. Encouraging high footfall to the area and attractive to all ages and demographics with a roller disco as its central attraction.  Slide across for a full video demonstration of the proposed setup.

Working with surveyors and all stakeholders to look at a meanwhile-use project to clear and make operationally safe, as well as a detailed financial model on the proposed activities for a 1-3 year tenancy of the space.
