In July 2022 we worked with Jen Scott and Jay Lasaki of Hustle+Heels on their business strategy, looking at all activities and opportunities for the future. In this session the idea of HustleFest was born. Hustlefest was designed and built to be the company’s annual headline event, bringing together all of the best of their business offerings and community, to create an immersive audience-led business festival.

On the 20th September 2023, we brought 500 diverse business leaders and entrepreneurs together for the inaugural HustleFest held at London’s iconic Ministry of Sound. Delivered with support from sponsors: Google Digital Garage, WeAre8, Wray and Nephew and London Borough of Lewisham Council.

HustleFest successfully merged the best of business education and entertainment to produce a truly immersive and high-impact experience curated in collaboration with the most engaging business experts in their space. It was unconventional, awe-inspiring and redefined what it means to do business for the next generation of business owners, operators and professionals.

Speakers and participants included: Sue Fennessy CEO of WeAre8 , Ciara Madden owner of Body by Ciara, Kojo Marfo founder of My Runway Group, Kola Tyler, CEO of Drop Out, Jackson McClarty director of Black Eats and many more. Thanks also to Carina White who hosted the podcast room and Reuben Christian who moderated all of the main room discussions and panels.

The feedback and impact has proven the concept and highlighted a gap in the market that we aim to dominate with the right partners over the next 3-5 years.
