Fashion Meets Music is a social enterprise born out of the retail origins of FMM Pop Up. Fashion Meets Music continues to showcase emerging designers, artists and talent through concept retail, events, concerts, festivals and educational support. Empowering talented individuals and organisations from predominately black and minority communities across the UK by giving them an outlet, sales platform and exposure for their art.
Founders Lizzie Lambie and Dennica Abdo approached the Romano Sidoli consultancy for a full review of their brand and business strategy in advance of the next phase of growth for the business.
Integration of 3 businesses under a single brand identity to establish a new working business model
Development of flagship retail space in Croydon to a full concept retail experience including design studio, cafe, workshop spaces, modular event spaces to bring live DJ, music, fashion show and panel discussions into store
Content philosophy project to establish tone of voice, consistent communication with both physical and digital audiences across website, social media & in store.

New incomes created from product subscription service, educational program for local schools on introduction music and fashion industry.
New store opened in Westfield Stratford with future roadmap for locations of best fit with audience
